Recently, two of our osteopaths Dr Steph Rohde and Dr Michelle Derrick participated in a small group professional development day on the topic of Osteopathy & Pregnancy. They learnt about how osteopathy can assist in all stages of pregnancy and learnt quite a few techniques that can be used to assist and support women throughout pregnancy.

Being pregnant is an extraordinary journey that truly shows the woman’s body physical, mental and emotional capabilities as they support the growth of another little human.
